On Wednesday, in Figaroscope, Emmanuel Rubin reviewed his usual five new restaurants, giving 2 hearts to four places: the H. Kitchen, coordinates given before, mentioning the vegetables and foie gras, merlan and mango-chocolate parfait; the cantine Nano, 14, rue Bachaumont in the 2nd, no telephone, closed weekends, costing 10 E for four glasses of things such as dorade ceviche, gambas and a deconstructed citron tart; the Thai Aux Trois Nages in the 16th; and the Italian Luisa Maria in the 6th. Garnering one heart was the Cabinet de Sa Majeste, 4, rue de la Fontaine-au-Roi in the 11th.
