This week in L’Express, Mina Soundiram wrote in the Bistros under 30 E category (indeed lunch for 19 E)  - Mamou, 42, rue Taitbout, in the 9th, 01.44.63.09.29 25-30 E a la carte where chef Romain Lalu, previously at Lasserre and Camdeborde, serves items such as monkfish, three beets, a quasi de veau and a financier with raspberries.  Meanwhile Francois-Regis Gaudry compliments foreign chefs Destin Ekibat and Santiago Torrijos, a Columbian and Congolais, who have passed though the houses of Robuchon, Westminster, Bristol, Plaza Athénée, Guy Martin and the Raphaël who have a great lunch for 18 E (dinner 37 E) at L’Atelier Rodier, 17, rue Rodier, in the 9th, 01.53.20.94.90, open evenings Tuesday-Saturday, lunches Thursday-Saturday and serves items such as scallops, joue de bœuf and a sensational ragout of mushrooms and artichokes.
