Colorbar Lip Pencil in Fuschia Fever Shade - Fuschia Fever in No. 013 is a light pink shade with cool undertone. Not too dry-not too soft, Fuschia Fever makes a decent lip liner with long-lasting wear.
Application - is smooth, it doesn't create liner-edges which I usually detest. To my the perfect use of this lip liner is using all over the lips and smudge it slightly for that natural effect because this cool undertone to it doesn't suit me much. I am girl with warm undertone. Though it isn't too dry but it does have a dry feel to it resulting to making my lips very moisturized. But I am totally with it as it prevents lipstick from feathering and bleeding, and this is what it's supposed to do. I found that it crumbles a bit on lips but if your lips are moisturized enough, it would sit through the day.
My choice would be try one more pencil from the same range to find a little less dryer and probably a nude shade that matches with all lipsticks or my lips. I know for sure that some shades have more moisturizing properties
Tip - When using red or bold colors, always use a nude lip liner, or one that exactly matches the color you're applying, to prevent it from bleeding.
