Tinley Park, Illinois' Real Friends came to Toronto for a headlining stop on their Fall In The USA 2018 tour, and we were there!
After Boston Manor, Grayscale, and Eat Your Heart Out opened the show and got things started, the room was ready for its headliner. The pop-punk/emo quintet took over the Mod Club on Tuesday night, filling the room with energy and excitement, and the stage with more power than we tend to think of this early in the week.
Real Friends, Dan Lambton, Dave Knox, Kyle Fasel, Eric Haines, and Brian Blake, are touring in support of their newest album Compusure (July 2018) and they ripped through a headlining set that had fans dancing all over, surfing through the crowd, and wishing the set could be even longer.
Maybe next time it will be!
