Global brand PUMA collaborated with designer duo Pranav Mishra and Shyma Shetty’s label Huemn for their Spring/Summer ’14 collection. Huemn as a label always strongly forecasts trends and projects the look for the upcoming season. This season the label takes a luxurious take on sportswear, hence paving the way for a perfect fashion collaboration with PUMA
The HUEMN line, is a play on neo-luxe prêt. Fresh, young and upscale, the influence of sportswear in terms of pattern play and detail is made apparent in individual garments. Athletic silhouettes in luxurious silks come together with graphic wordplay and plush hand worked shimmer. Silk sweatshirts and varsity tees are integrated into a collection of sequined pencil skirts, unfussy suits and sporty saris.
For PUMA, Spring-Summer ’14 celebrates the culture and spirit of Brasil. For this collection, PUMA looked back to its Sport Heritage and The Brasil Classic – an iconic and state-of-the-art Suede shoe makes its presence felt at the Huemn show.
