Public Thinks Government Is Biased In Favor Of Banks

Only 2% thinks government should be biased in favor of banks, while 26% thinks they should favor consumers and 49% thinks neither should be favored. The public wants a government that is fair to everyone. Unfortunately, that's not going to happen as long as the Republicans are in power.
These charts reflect the results of a recent Economist / YouGov Poll -- done between April 22nd and 24th of a random national sample of 1,500 adults, with a margin of error of 3 points.
