"P&J by Design were fortunate to style a desert table for a gorgeous couple Lorie and Marc. Their wedding was held at the beautiful Lindenderry at Red Hill.
The brief from the client was a “lovebird” theme with a soft color pallet of Pale pink & Ivory. We will were very excited about this one. We started off my making our own table linen . I choose a pale pink fabric which had lovely rosettes on it. Simply stunning. From there I found a old metal birdcage frame and painted it in an ivory which was the feature of the backdrop. The canvas was painted in pale pink, draped an ivory fabric and voila backdrop was complete. The gorgeous desert were crated by the very talented Lisa from Cakes and biscuits by Lisa.
We worked together in design to create the stunning flower cupcakes, cake pops , macaroons , gorgeous lovebird scallop edge biscuits, and the very cute meringue birds nests ... these were divine..... Another cute idea was I placed the macarons in clear acrylic Perspex boxes that P&J by Design stocks. Great if guests wanted to take these home to eat .... These would also be a great gift idea.... The buffet was filled with lovely fresh flowers and lolly boxes to match the theme and colours. The lolly box labels and candy jar labels printables were custom designed by Valeriane from Valeriane Digital"
