The mountain climbs of stage 16 of this year's Tour de France were not super difficult, but they were conducive to allowing a breakaway group to outdistance the peloton. And Portuguese rider Rui Alberto Costa, who had joined the group of 26 riders in the breakaway, was able to best the others and claim his first stage victory. Stage 16 didn't change the overall standings, but tomorrow could be different as the Tour has another individual time trial.This time trial will be different than most, since it has two category 2 climbs in its 32 kilometer length (while most time trials are run on a flat course). Yellow Jersey leader Christopher Froome had a strong ride in the first time trial and finished second. Can he do the same in this more difficult stage 17 time trial?
