On Sunday, the legendary Dottie Peoples was honored during the 10th annual Gospel Fest during Essence Fest weekend in New Orleans. Tasha Cobbs, Marvin Sapp, Regina Belle, Johnny Gill, and Smokie Norful all paid tribute to the gospel legend.

Dottie took the stage and performed one of her classic’s “He’s An On Time God.”
Peoples iconic 30-year career in music has resulted in three Grammy nominations and multiple Stellar Awards, among others.
