Most vacation home rentals have a minimum night stay policy. After all they aren’t a hotel.
This helps the owner of the rental to assure that the rental is used as intended – for guests to relax and have a good time – rather than as a quick stop, like a hotel, where people don’t care so don’t take care.
However it does something else and more important for the guests, it makes them stay.
This helps them wind down, relax and do what was intended. Vacation.
My challenge to you as we head into what in America is a long holiday weekend – is: What are you doing to take some down time, to relax and have fun?
