The Athens, Georgia art rockers are already following up last year’s Paralytic Stalks with lousy with sylvanbriar to be released October 8. Attempting to simplify their sound by recording the new album in a home studio, Kevin Barnes explains that he “wanted the songs to be more lyric driven, and for the instrumental arrangements to be understated and uncluttered.” The new track, “fugitive air”, is a psychedelic, British-invasion jam fit for the haze of your after work slump.
