The boiler was in a ground floor flat at Mount Road Hendon London NW4. There was no hot water or heating. The boiler fan was making lot of noise, and it was found that the bearing was gone. Also the boiler ignition sequence was cutting off at the gas valve. There was more than one faulty parts in this boiler. Each faulty part was identified and replaced with new.
