Take a bowl and whisk the baking powder, salt and flour in it and let it sit for a while.

Take another bowl and beat sugar and butter in it. Next, add the eggs, sour cream and vanilla and beat them together until they mix well. Now, add your dry mixture you kept aside to this bowl and mix it all together. Put your batter within cupcake lines and bake them (for about 15-18 minutes). Remove your cupcakes and top it with your vanilla frosting.

Juicy Garlic Lime Chicken

In case you are searching for a simple dinner recipe for kids, then garlic lime chicken is certainly a great way to delight them. This spicy hot chicken recipe will not only fill their stomachs, but will also make them jump with joy. In order to prepare this recipe, you require lime juice, cider vinegar, minced garlic cloves, salt, dried oregano, dried coriander, pepper, salt, paprika, chicken breast halves and some vegetable or cooking oil. Take a large sized plastic re-sealable bag and combine vinegar, lime juice, seasonings, garlic as well as chicken.

Next, add vanilla and flour and mix for around two to three minutes. Prepare the dough and use a cookie scoop for making small portions of the dough. Roll the dough to make small balls. Next, place the cookies on a tray and fill them with enough jam. Bake these cookies for around 18-20 minutes till they are light golden in color. Banana Eggless Cake

The final recipe on our list is the Banana Eggless Cake. Kids are extremely fond of cake and when you serve them along with their favorite shake, they will love it even more. The cake recipe is pretty simple. All you need is some flour, baking powder, cinnamon powder, walnuts, banana, butter, curd and milk. Sift baking powder and flour together. Next, add some walnuts and cinnamon powder. Mash bananas with some butter (melted) in the bowl and add curd to the mash. Add your dry ingredients to this mix and keep adding some milk gradually.

Banana Eggless Cake

This should keep your batter lump-free and smooth. Pour this mix in a tin that is fully greased. Put the pan in the oven (pre-heated at 170 degrees for fifty-sixty minutes). Make sure it turns golden brown in color and is well cooked. After the cake is fully bake, let it cool and sprinkle icing sugar on the cake top. That’s it your cake is ready to be served.
