New SanDisk 128GB microSD Card Brings More Space for HD Videos

Posted on the 27 February 2014 by Nrjperera @nrjperera

At the 2014 Mobile World Congress, the American memory storage solutions provider announced the world’s largest capacity microSD card – 128GB SanDisk Ultra microSDXC. That’s enough space to store 16 hours of Full HD video, 7,500 songs, 3,200 photos. Even though we don’t have many devices with microSD support up to 128GB yet, with Samsung’s new flagship Galaxy S5 it will become mainstream in no time.

The 128GB SD card was announced with a suggested retail price of $200. This scared the hell out of everybody. But now, folks over at TechnoBuffalo discovered that the chip is now actually available at just $120 at Amazon.
