During the first Nintendo Direct of 2015 a release date for New 3DS XL was announced along with a release date for Majora’s Mask.
New 3DS XL will release in black and red for $199.99. It will not come with a charger.
Majora’s Mask will launch alongside of the system in the US and Europe and a Limited Edition 3DS Xl featuring the game’s emblem will be released.
In February, a system update will allow Amiibo support for Smash Bros for 3DS using New Nintendo 3DS XL.
Xenoblade Chronicles 3D launches in April exclusively for New 3DS XL and Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate will receive a bundle with New 3DS XL in North America and Europe.
