Ready? Let's Do This!

Artist: Eric Church
Hometown: Granite Falls, NC
Genre: Country
Related: Dierks Bentley, Brantley Gilbert, Chris Young
Song: Desperate Man
Notes: The first single from Church's much-anticipated album of the same name is vintage Chief. The Desperate Man video is a nod to Eric Church's anti-establishment self, and the song gives fans exactly what they wanted - more of what they love from one of country's biggest stars.

Artist: Dallas Smith
Hometown: Langley, BC
Genre: Country
Related: Dean Brody, Tim Hicks, Florida Georgia Line, Andrew Hyatt
Song: Make 'Em Like You
Notes: Dallas Smith teased Make 'Em Like You on social media this week as the start of a new project. The single will head up the follow-up disc to 2016's Side Effects, and if the rest of the album is as fun to listen to, and shows off Smith's talents like Make 'Em Like You does, fans are going to eat it up.

Artist: In My Coma
Hometown: Toronto, ON
Genre: Rock
Related: In Confesso, Memory Of A Melody, Down Theory
Song: We Are One
Notes: Reminiscent of Michael Jackson's iconic Black Or White video, We Are One shares a message of unity that is welcome in our current climate. 40 people make an appearance in the video as In My Coma roll through the new single. We're looking forward to hearing this one live at the CNE later this summer.

Artist: Leaving Thomas
Hometown: Calgary, AB
Genre: Country
Related: The Washboard Union, Alee, Dan Davidson
Song: Kiss About It
Notes: Originally shared as Leaving Thomas's entry in the SiriusXM Top Of The Country contest, Kiss About It has been released as the newest single from the Alberta country duo. Their pop influences can be heard on the track, with their countrified voices shining through as the track bops and grooves from start to finish.

Artist: The Trews
Hometown: Antigonish, NS
Genre: Rock
Related: Matthew Good Band, Moist, Sam Roberts Band
Song: Bar Star
Notes: Veteran Canadian rockers, The Trews are back with Bar Star, and we like it. The song is everything we know and love from the band. There's nothing complicated, and nothing outlandish. It's a rock and roll song that we can sing along to and we can already picture the boys playing this track live along with all of our favourites.
