Nate Berkus just sold his chic NYC penthouse for $10 Million


If you stay up to date with home decor news you probably already know that Nate Berkus and Jeremiah Brent sold their NYC penthouse apartment in Greenwich village recently.  I figured it was therefore a good time to revisit since it's soon to be packed up and vacated!
