How gorgeous does the Crunchy Caramel Red Velvet cake look? Well, I'm here to tell you it doesn't just look amazing, it tastes absolutely divine too!
To be very honest, I have no idea what ingredients were used but I know for a fact that it is vegan and it's also egg and gluten free. The special concoction of yummy toppings include blueberries, strawberries, caramel, nuts, and their own version of vegan cream cheese. Combine that with the moist red velvety cake, it really did feel like heaven on earth. This one wins hands down as one of the best Red Velvet I've ever had.
My friend, who coincidentally never had Red Velvet before, told me it's one of the best cakes she's had. Not sure if it's due to the fact that it was a treat from me, or that she was equally smitten by the yumminess of the cake, like I was. LOL. Actually, I believe it was because the cake was really yummy.
