Hey girls We love lip balms. Don't we? Irrespective of our skin type, skin tone, the place where we live lol nothing really matters to us when it comes to the lip balm. Mine are pigmented so the color doesn't turn out well. It looks more like a clear lip balm with loads of shine.

Great Lips Lip Balm: It is a skin color which I felt would suit me but eww, it washed me out very badly. Whenever I use it I will make sure that I am applying a lipstick along with it.

Hot Lips Lip Balm: This is my favorite of the lot. This one is the most pigmented and it covers up my dark lips and gives a nice pink glossy look which doesn't fade off easily. Once it starts fading away, it leaves a light tint which I like.

My Take: These lip balms are handy and super cute to carry around. Apart from the fact that you need to dip your finger in order to apply(you can always use a brush) is a hygiene issue these lip balms does provide moisture to the lips. Mine are super dry and these calm my lips to an extent. Yeah, not to be used in winters. Coz of less staying power. They stay on for 2 hours max. The Hot lips Lip balm will leave a nice tint behind but the others just vanish. They smell great. Apart from anything else, they are amazingly cute. The Swatches:
