Surely it was only just Christmas (certainly looks like it in Glasgow today!)? Well, it's Mother's Day already this Sunday (26th) so here are some suggestions to help keep mum sweet!

Amarone in Aberdeen have created a special menu for Mothers Day and with 2 courses for £16.95 or 3 for £21.95 you can treat mum to lunch without breaking the bank. Dishes include Crisp fried goats' cheese with red onion and an Amarena cherry marmalade or Crispy fried salmon with a tomato, chorizo, chickpea and potato casserole served with a mint and tarragon yoghurt.
