The Mitutoyo 700-118-20 Quick Mini digital thickness gauge is for measuring the thickness of small, thin, or fine objects such as jewels, paper, leather, and wire. This gauge has a measurement range of 0 to 0.5″ (0 to 12.7mm), a resolution of 0.0005″ (0.01mm), and an accuracy of + or – 0.001″. The LCD screen displays in inches or metric units. This model is lightweight (70g) and compact (72.3mm long). Functions include origin setting and zero setting. This gauge has a measuring force of 2.0 Newtons (N) or less. It has a battery life of approximately 2 years under normal use. This unit comes with an SR-44 battery and fitted, plastic case.
