Today I'm sharing a video of lip swatches of the Milani Hypnotic Lights Holographic lip topper paired with mostly Anastasia Beverly Hills liquid lipsticks that I thought were complimentary. I really enjoyed the formula of the Milani Hypnotics Lights lip toppers it is quite thin and lightweight, I've tried similar products that felt to much like a seal on my lips and once I moved my lips they began to crack. The Milani lip toppers feel super light on the lips and they move with my lips, I haven't gotten any cracking or flaking while wearing them. Not surprising though they did not layer well over traditional cream lipsticks, in my trials before filming this video I tried it over some of my traditional bullet lipsticks and I couldn't get great purchase, it just wouldn’t adhere. So these are best over lip liners and matte lipsticks in my opinion.
