Micromax has revealed the launch date for a new budget smartphone. Called Micromax in 2C, this smartphone will be the successor to Micromax in 2B. While the smartphone has a tapach’s tapick notch on the front, it has a dual-rear camera system.
According to the tweet from the company, Micromax in 2C will be launched on April 26, 2022. The smartphone has been registered in Flipkart too. From what, it brings its predecessor specifications with a small increase. Therefore, it will be safe to mention that it will be priced too. To remember, Micromax in 2B was launched in India from RS. 7,999 for models with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage.
Micromax in 2C specifications
In accordance with the Flipkart teaser page, Micromax in 2C will come with a 6.52-inch screen built on aspect ratio 20: 9. Under the hood, the smartphone will display the Unisoc SOC T610 processor. In addition, it is said that the 5,000 mAh battery feature might last up to two days of moderate use. It should be mentioned that this specification is similar to Micromax in 2B, as mentioned in the previous report.
Micromax in 2B specifications
Micromax in 2B is equipped with a 6.52 “HD + LCD screen. Built on aspect ratio of 20: 9, along with a resolution of 1600 x 720 pixels. At the top of the screen, the front camera is in the mini-falling notch, along with a slightly thick chin in the section Down. The screen can shine as bright as 400 nits and cover 71% NTSC color gamut. In addition, the display has a total contrast ratio of 1200: 1 and supports 16 million colors.
Micromax in 2B is powered by the OCTA-Core Unisoc T610 processor. It consists of 2x Cortex-A75 1.8GHz and 6x Cortex-A55 1.8GHz. In addition to the CPU, smartphones are equipped with Mali-G52 2C GPU Arm and 64GB of EMMC 5.1 storage. There are two models that come with 4GB and 6GB of RAM respectively, the remaining storage and specifications are the same in both. Microsoft claims it as ‘without a telephone lag’ and has managed to score 176,847 points on antutu benchmarks.
