Meghan Markle’s acting career is over. She had it better than most actresses – she was part of a popular cable ensemble, Suits, and she was paid well and taken care of by the network for years. She’s 36 years old and she’s ready to move on, which is her right. What’s nice though is that her former costars adored her! Her Suits love interest, Patrick Adams, posted the above IG yesterday when the news came out. I suspect he – along with several other people on Suits – knew full well that Meghan would end up marrying Harry. Still, it’s nice.

I like that he directs a comment to Harry, and that Harry is “lucky” to be with Meghan. I sort of agree – what was on display yesterday was that Meghan and Harry see themselves as equals, a team, and that she helps him enormously and he’s a better version of himself with her.
