Luck is one of those terms that are very commonly thrown around today even though we know little about it and its existence is questionable. If luck is a supernatural and deterministic concept, an unexplained force, then why do we seem to believe in it so much, whereas there are many other supernatural forces we are reluctant to consider (hello to all atheist readers). Simple, luck can help us justify our very fortunate, unfortunate or improbable events. If you think luck is bullshit then read on!
