A while ago I won the lovely Kay's giveaway(you can find her blog here) and this was one of the prizes. I was super excited to win this because I already had this in the non-waterproof version and loved it, but boy is this a different story.
This is fantastic! I thought the original was good, but this just blows that completely out of the water. I can't recommend this enough. I have the mascara in black. The wand applies the mascara really evenly over the lashes and doesn't cause clumping, the formula is not too dry or too wet, but it slightly on the wetter side which I like. It glides onto the lashes easily and produces instant results.
The mascara adds volume and length, and better yet it holds the curl in your lashes all day! The only other mascara that I have found that does this is the Clinique High Impact mascara which I also love. I will curl my lashes in the morning, apply this mascara and then even after a long day at school I will come home and my lashes will still be just as curled as they were in the morning, which really is saying something because my lashes are always tempted to go back to being really straight throughout the day.
This is seriously waterproof, this does not budge in the rain or the shower. I was out doing PE at school and there was a terrential downpour and this did not budge at all. You do need to remove this with an eye makeup remover, it is fairly stubborn to remove but it is not nearly as bad as most other waterproof mascaras and I find that the Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish or my Bioderma takes this off, but I'm sure other eye makeup removers would too.
Overall I give this mascara a 10/10 and definitely recommend that you pick it up!
