Ingredients:
- Makhana Dalia powder (From My Little Moppet Foods) – 3 tbsp
- Potato – 2
- Ginger garlic paste – 1tsp
- Cumin powder – 1 tsp
- Pepper powder – 1/tsp
- Coriander leaves chopped – 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste

Method:
1. Boil or pressure cook the potato for 5 -7 minutes.
2. Peel and mash the potatoes.
3. Add My Little Moppet Food’s Makhana dalia powder.
4. Add ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, pepper powder.
5. Add coriander leaves.
6. Mix well to form a dough.
7. Grease hand with oil or ghee.
8. Pinch a small portion and make patties.
9. Shallow fry until golden brown.
