Located right downtown, it doesn’t get easier to find than that!

The Little Shop by the Square in Danville, Indiana is really a neat twist to your typical used furniture store or Indiana antique shop.
While there are different booths here, they share a few similar characteristics: a fondness for vintage everything!
We ogled an incredible vintage stove. After receiving instructions for how to operate the thing, I can tell you how very, very glad I am that I was not born in an era when these were actually used! Yikes.

Okay, so I wouldn’t exclusively label Little Shop by the Square (formerly Danville Furniture Co-op) a furniture store, not when there are a variety of neat Indiana antiques around, too! I’d hate to exclude all the other fun stuff.
Just the same, there was a whole lot of furniture here. Dressers, tables, stoves, neat cabinets–I think you’ll be surprised!
I noticed a couple of interesting books as well in this Hendricks County shop. Who can resist a vintage book? Especially the handful I saw with really sharp covers. I love those old-fashioned illustrations.
