Who cares what size your lips are, embrace them! first outline your top lip with your coverup pencil, and rub it in. Them take a solid color pencil and line your lips. Then fill in your lips with solid color. Your lips will look fuller and sexier! P.S.- Make sure you always lie down a chap stick base or some sort of lip moisture for an even more healthy and fuller look!-TB
