1.0 Les Trois Garcons, 165 Rue de Javel in the 15th, 01.40.60.14.35, open 7/7, is a place I read about on Le Fooding that's open Sunday lunch, so off I went.  Now, folks ask how I derive my numerical 0-10/10 ratings and once in a while I break it down for all my loyal readers to see.  So here goes:

8.0 Outside, beautiful, on a secluded square, tables, between area sunny, inside cool.
5.0 Welcome warm, changed tables, no problem, no worry.
5.0 Decor standard.
-1.0 Tattoos, waitstaff, primitive, American prison variety.
2.0 Carte choices limited.
5.0 Noise level (73 dB) with screaming French kids.
-1.0 Wait between courses.
6.0 Wine choices and prices.
6.0 1st course - cold coques, with salt, OK.
6.0 No English spoken.
-20.0 2nd course, cod, overcooked, maybe bad product as well, tapenade, tasteless.
-5.0 No one asked what was wrong, although they took it off my bill.
5.0 Coffee OK.
7.0 bread more than OK.
6.0 addition, honorable.
--------------------------------
1.0  Gotta problem with the math?

My bill, with 50 cl of wine, no bottled water, and the deducted cod, was 27.20 E.

Go?  Not on your life.
