A parody iPhone 5 promo video produced by comedic blogger Adam Sacks has gone viral on the internet. In Sacks’ ‘commercial,’ Apple has chosen to eliminate all features except for the camera and boost that up, leaving you with what is a DSLR camera called an iPhone. The video sure is amusing but it’s unclear how many of its almost one million YouTube viewers are in fact Apple nerds lured to the url by the tantalising title – “LEAKED Official Apple iPhone 5 Promo Video – Keynote 2012.”
“I’ve been using the iPhone 5 for a few months now and it’s already turned my life into a seemingly enjoyable lie. Last weekend I was having brunch with my girlfriend, we had nothing to talk about so I took out my iPhone 5, snapped a pic of my eggs benedict, connected my iPhone to my MacBook, found a wifi hotspot, uploaded that photo onto Facebook and within minutes I was having friends tell me how much fun I was having,” gushes Sacks in the parody vid.
