Lawful Wisconsin Gun Owner Shoots and Kills His Friend Unintentionally - No Charges

Local news reports Appleton police say a man has died from injuries suffered from an accidental gunshot. The 911 call said that a 55-year-old man had been shot by an acquaintance that was looking over a handgun when it  by Freeven pro"> by Freeven pro"> by Freeven pro">went off. Police say the victim, identified as Joseph M. Pastorelli Sr., was hit by a single round. Police interviewed several people inside the home at the time. No one else was injured.
