My experience with the product
Lakme Plump and Shine lip gloss comes in sleek transparent tube with a steel gray metallic cap. The applicator is slanted sponge tip. The packaging is very classy and attractive. However, the shade names are not distinctly printed on the tube. The applicator too picks up very small amount of product and one has to dip it into the tube several times to get the desired color on lips.
The texture of the lip gloss is neither runny nor thick and the finish is absolutely non-sticky. It feels very moisturizing and hydrating on lips. The lip gloss glides smoothly and evenly on lips and stays for long time. The wear time is 5+ hours without meals. It is nicely pigmented and cover up lips in a few swipes. Mauve Shine is a opaque mauve pink shade with no shimmers. It looks quite bright in the tube but on the lips it comes out softer. The finish is very glossy, hydrating and it does give a plumper appearance to the lips due to the presence of shine. The shade is cool and worth every Indian skin-tone. I like to wear this on a my coral or mauve colored lipstick for added luster and shine. I really liked the product formula!
