Fino a poco tempo fa pensavo che cucinare pesce fosse difficile e impossibile a casa.

Ho scoperto delle ricette facili che in poco tempo mi fanno preparare dei buoni piattini.
Ricorda che io non sono uno chef!

L'unico mio bisogno è cucinare qualcosa di buono che sia però facile e veloce da fare dopo 8 e più ore di lavoro.

Dadolata di pesce spada è il nome del piatto che ho cucinato.
Fa tanta scena ma la sostanza è veramente buona!

Cube of swordfish is the name of what I have cooked . A big name but it is easy and tasty!

INGREDIENTI PER 4 PERSONE

4 filetti di pesce spada ( 1 a testa)

Olive taggiasche ( io le adoro e se le prendi snocciilate è anche più facile)

Olio d'oliva

10 pomodori piccoli

Sale

Mezzo bicchiere di vino bianco

Prezzemolo

Curcuma ( anche se non ce l'hai non ti preoccupare io la tengo sempre perché la uso con il pesce, la carne, il ragù)

INGREDIENTYS FOR 4 PERSONS

4 fillets of swordfish (1 par person)

Olive taggiasche (I love them and if you take them stoned, it is easier)

10 small tomatoes

Half a glass of white wine

Curcuma (if you do not have it, don't worry )

Taglia la cipolla a fettine sottiliCut the onion at thin slices.

Mettila in penstola con un po' di olio e lascia soffriggere

Put in a pan with a bit of olive oil and let it brown a bit

Aggiungi il pesce spade e fallo cuocere 3 minuti per lato

Add you filets of swordfish and let them cook for 3 minutes for each sides

Leva dalla padella il pesce spade e taglialo a cubetti

Take your swordfish and cut it in little cubes

Metti nuovamente il pesce spada in pentola e aggiungi pomodorini tagliati, sale, mezzo bicchiere di vino, capperi, oilve taggiasche prezzemolo e curcuma

Put again your swordfish in the pan and add the little tomatoes cut in little pieces, salt, the half glass of white wine , capers, taggiasche olives and curcuma

Lascia cuocere tutto per 10 minuti a fuoco lento

Let's cook all together for 10 minutes at low fire

Alle fine servi con un bel bicchiere di vino bianco o rosato. Fresco è il top!

At last serve it with a quality glass of white or rosè wine! Cold please!
