‘KING OF SPICE’ Promotion @ Eau De Monsoon, Le Meridian, Delhi

Our master chefs create classical and innovative delicacies infused with chilies from different parts of India including the world’s hottest chili ‘Naga Jolokia’. An ala carte menu comprising of starters, mains, desserts and chili infused Vodka cocktails will showcase the flavours of India’s most famous chilies.

Some of the highlights of the menu are: Teen Mirch Ka Jhinga marinated with birds eye, byadagi chilli and black peppe,Surkh Lal Bharwan Khumb-King mushrooms stuffed with mozzarella, pickled green chilli, laungi chilli of Assam & char grilled are a great selection for starters.

The mains will have such delightful dishes like Panch mirchi ka paneer-cottage cheese cooked with five chillies, black pepper, white pepper, bell pepper, green & red chilli. Mirch Mussallam cooked with Tomato chilis from Godavari stuffed with cottage cheese, nuts & cooked in tilphali gravy tempered with curry leaves & mustard seeds. Look out for the Jolokia Jalfrezi-a trio of prawn, chicken and lamb stir fried with ‘Naga jolokia’-the world’s hottest chili.

Wash it down with a selection of chili infused Vodka cocktails and wrap up your dining experience with special chili desserts. Indulge with the king of spice !
