Political news couple, Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski celebrated their engagement on Friday night with friends in New York.
The party was hosted by financier Steve Rattner at his Fifth Avenue apartment.
Among the guest were Gayle King, John Kerry, Al Sharpton, Martha Stewart, and of course some of their co-host from their successful MSNBC morning show ‘Morning Joe’
The couple who has worked together for over 10 years, reportedly got engaged in May in France.
Even though Mika is a Democrat, and Joe, who once was a Republican, but now identifies as an Independent often have different political views, their on air chemistry is fire!
Also in attendance to celebrate the couple was Andre Leon Talley, editor-at-large for Vogue magazine.
This will be Joe Scarboroughs third marriage and Mika’s second. Between the two of them, they have 6 children.
No word yet on when the couple will marry.
