Janet Jackson went back to 2300 Jackson Street, the home her family grew up in before making it in Hollywood.
During the Chicago stop of her State Of The World Tour, the singer accompanied by her brother Randy went home to Gary, Indiana for the first time in 43 years.
“When I saw the house … I just started crying,” she said Friday, according to the Northwest Indiana Times. “Me and my family are so blessed. I’m so thankful.”
