Dr. Jamal Bryant is checking the culture!
Jamal Bryant, who is known for speaking up for what’s right, shared an article on Instagram of singer Tyrese child abuse investigation being dropped, with a caption explaining that we as a culture are quick to laugh at someone else’s pain, but not quick to celebrate when something good happens to them.
Tyrese spent the last week in court fighting to see his daughter, Shayla, after his ex wife Norma Gibson claimed the singer beat her, and was awarded a temporary restraining order. The actor also shared emotional videos of how he was feeling during the process. Followers and lurkers poked fun of the singer, but when news broke that the charges were dropped, those same people were silent.
