In the early days of digital revolution(say in between 2005 - 2010) many had a belief, this new era change will take time to impact the traditional business model, many at that period either didn't have the idea of transaction without cash while the rest of them had a belief paying via online gateway is equivalent to giving away money inside a Black hole, where the chances of getting back money or product you ordered are 1:infinity which in other word mean impossible.Things have changed, people(mostly the young generation) is now glued with online shopping or booking apps.As the days going by, online shopping is becoming more and more popular to us.Many working class individuals(especially) can't even think of an alternative(i.e., physically shopping via shops) well, to their views it saves time and requires less energy to consume.

Although, the e-commerce market is growing tall in India but in spite of that none of these premium online portals can able to find their share of profit till date.Maybe the sudden plan of the leading e-commerce marketplace -Flipkart(dot)com to remove (so termed inefficient) staff at a massive number of 700 to 1000 give us a hint of instability or is it the precautionary step ahead of a changing game plan to rebuild a chance of gaining profits.Flipkart representative has something else to say in support, saying they wanted to save expenditures so that they can add more offers or value in favour of their consumer's benefit.According to the market surveys show the company has lost its share and value in the market this year. This may have shaken their root so they are now inclined to service value more than lucrative offers to customers. This is what it seems looking at their business behavioural change.
