In November of last year, The Singular Hotels has opened their first property in Puerto Bories, southern Chile.
The Singular Patagonia is located in the national monument, Frigorifico Puerto Bories, which was formerly a cold-storage plant built in 1915. Interestingly enough, this inspired the museum that is hosts, allowing guests to view the factory's old equipment.
The property takes advantage of its location by offering visitors a multitude of outdoor activities such as hiking, kayaking, exploring the fjords, and other expeditions. To balance this out though, the hotel will still offer comforts and luxuries with a spa designed by Barbara Morrow Spas International.
It is said that The Singulars will also be opening a second hotel later this year, this time in the city of Santiago, also in Chile.
