What to expect: Located in London's neighborhood of Fitzrovia, the London Edition will debut in a historic building (once known as the Berners Hotel). Developments in the property are underway, with David Taylor being announced as the General Manager of the awaited hotel. Although the website claims that the hotel will be opening this year, developers say that 2013 is a better bet.
