If wishes were horses, over worked teachers would fly Visit Malaysia 2014
A year to travel and to explore.
To see the different shades of the blue sky from distant shores.
To touch and be touched by the varied hues that are yet unfelt by me...
I want to break free from the mundane daily grind that I live...
From  books and studies and cooking and supervising the daily help and the left over stress of the exams that the poor teachers go through...the marking of exam sheets...

Oh ye poor teachers...

I want to fly off, just like a winged kite, possibly fromm the window behind me...
I dont want to have to buy a ticket,I dont want to have to apply for and go through a visa interview...
I just want to go on a much deserved holiday.
Imagine.
Imagine,soaring through the skies...
The wind through my tangled, unmanagable hair, caressing my red ink stained fingertips, and that feeling of defying gravity...
Just a thin strong string being pulled by the all powerful force , maybe a Harry Potter-esqe broom that can fly or amybe a Porta key ,anything but an apparation. Ron Wesley's splinching of an eyebrow was enough to put me off that forever. Landing on to the Petronas Towers.
Smooth Sailing and a smoother landing and Touchdown.

I will save myself 41 seconds ,the ride to the top. The landing onto Kuala Lumpur's spectacular landmark Twin Towers will be awe some. The skybridge will be the most spectacular viewing point ever. People ride up, I'll ride downa and exit  Petronas Twin Towers in 41 seconds.
The next thing on the agenda-food, at the Gastronomic hunt-Jalan Alor,KL. This is Kuala Lumpur's food street. It is going to be night time right , all things magical happen when the stars are out.
I love Satay Sticks dipped in peanut sauce. I love all dipping sauces ,but I would like to keep it light .
The awesome prowess the foid stall owners display with their woks and ladles is entertaining enough...such a wide array of things to eat...
I'm a picky eater ,I.d rather drink...
Drink and Dance.
Party all night.
I am free . So free that I can now be freely dancing.
Many many night clubs around to satisfy any ticklish feet...like Marini's on 57 or Sky Bar and many more...
After I can drink no more and am too tired to dance, I'd like to crash in nothing but the best, Mandarin Oriental in central district, Kuala Lumpur.
Refreshed and pampered, I'll pick up my preferred yet undecided mode of transportation and flit off 1052 miles to adventure in Sabah . I may even rent a luxury private jet here...
My first stop will be the river safari at the Kinabatangan River, Sabah.
The spray of water and the thrill of the ride will be a good adrenaline shot for me.
Totally needed.
Next on ,drop off to the underwater universe, Sipadan Island, Sabah and swim with the tropical fish in their habitat.
Just the whuz of the water in my ears.
The peace and the tranquil feeling of being in such wonderful surroundings, away from the din of the trains- I work in a school close to the rail road remember, the school bell and the school children...
Aah bliss...
And then there will be a longing for all that I have left behind.
Malaysia , truly Asia.
But I need to head back. ..
A holiday that is going to end in a short stop over at Penang, across the country.
Yes ,you street hop, but I can hop iver continenrts.
For afternoon tea at the Eastern and Oriental hotel in Penang.
Scones wuth strawberry jam and cardamom cream and tea...
And time to head home. ...
To my last bundle of history pspers which have changed tge course if history...
Woods Despatch in 1954 an Planning Commission in 1850...
Do teachers need holidays? ??
