I put on my Apple watch. Do not want to miss out on even a single step. Ha!

What gives you energy?
A good workout and a hearty meal. But also a productive day!

Want less things & Do more stuff - You'll feel like a success. 

Name a book that changed your life.
Hard to pick just one book. There is so much to learn. Books have changed me. 

Tell us about your relationship with your phone. Does it sleep with you?
It does charge on my bedside table. I am not attached to my phone. I would like to believe I have a healthy relationship with it. 

How do you deal with email?
I check it every couple of hours. My goal is to reply within 24 hours, depending on the nature of the email. 

You unexpectedly find 15 minutes in your day, what do you do with it?
Most likely read a book.
When was the last time you felt burned out and why?
Every now and then, the inflow of work is not always in my control and the feeling to get it all done can be overwhelming.
When was the last time you felt you failed and how did you overcome it?
I fail at something every day. Sometimes at a workout class, sometimes at a project, other times at a recipe or a hobby. I don't dwell on the "failure" part of the moment. I am more focused on the lesson it taught me and how I can improve.
