To qualify for a real estate license, you should:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Successfully total of 90 hours of approved realty education within 2 years before requesting the exam. This
- education needs to include:
- Complete A 60-hour course in Realty Fundamentals.
