Have the Divine Taste of Crab Cakes in Your Home

Delicious hot-served seafood can be mouthwatering for any of us, especially when it is crab cakes, we can’t resist ourselves from having it. But, most of the time, we have to go to seafood specialists or restaurants to have this delicious seafood item which consumes time as well as costs a healthy sum of amount. Therefore, it becomes tough for us to have such a delicious item. But, I am here to help you out with a wonderful and easy to make crab cakes recipe, so that you can enjoy the divine taste just by sitting at your home without spending lots of money or time behind it.

Note down the ingredients:

2 pounds of crab meats, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon lemon zest, 1 crushed saltine crackers, 3 tablespoon of vegetable oil, 1 cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoon chopped fresh basil leaves.

2 egg yolks, fresh lime juice, chopped fresh cilantro, salt and pepper as of taste, 3 tablespoon of vegetable oil.

Directions for preparation:

Take one large mixing bowl. Put the crab meat, lemon zest, egg, chopped basil leaves, crushed crackers and the mayonnaise. Then mix it thoroughly for preparing dough.

Shape it like patties. Keep it in refrigerator for cooling.

Now, take a skillet. Pour 4 tablespoons of oil and heat it over medium flame. Now, bring the patties shape dough and sauté it for next 4-5 minutes. Fry it until both the sides turn golden brown.

Now prepare the sauce. Take a blender and put the egg yolks, lime juice, salt, pepper and cilantro inside. Then, blend it for the next 15 seconds. Drizzle the oil slowly in the running blender. Blend it until it turns into a creamy substance.

Your crab cakes are ready to serve. Serve it hot to your guest and family members and enjoy the special taste of crabs in a better way.
