Mastercard and charity Clean Slate has partnered with East London based barbershop SliderCuts to support the digitally and financially excluded by offering them free tech and financial guidance while they get a haircut.
This comes after research revealing that 21% of Brits describe their barbers and hairdressers as a place to escape for a moment whilst others consider it a safe space where they can go to chat and connect.
The two-day activation which will be on Thursday 2 nd September to Friday 3 rd September between 9am-3pm. Customers will be able to book to have their haircut and ask any question they may have on tech and finance.
