Today I will be reviewing a makeup base from Guerlain Paris, which Is a luxury brand and I am buying something from this brand for the very first time. I have seen many beauty gurus and my friends raving about this product endlessly. As I was shopping and saw this at the beauty counter, it was hard to ignore and walk away. Some things are just worth a catch. So I got a sample sized bottle of this product.

FRAGRANCE
Guerlain L'Or Radiance Primer has a distinctive and delicate floral scent. The first peach note blended with an accord of vegetal notes is fresh and sparkling. The rose, raspberry and jasmine heart is enriched with a powdery base of balsamic, benzoin and white musk.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Take a small amount of gel on the back of your hand and gently apply to your face, working outwards to even out creases and smooth lines. Wait a few seconds before applying foundation.

Mix a few drops of fluid foundation and l’Or in the palm of your hand for an incredibly light texture.
What it is formulated to do:
The 24-carat gold-infused cooling gel sinks into the skin, retaining moisture. When applied to bare skin, this skin enhancer and makeup primer smoothes fine lines and tightens facial features. It also provides an even finish under makeup.

The packaging
I got a 5ml sample pack of this eye candy. I really wanted to be sure how it would work for me and then only I would proceed to repurchase a bigger bottle.
I truly love and adore the lovely pump dispenser, it looks classy and very high end. It comes in a glass bottle with a black cap, hence the contents can be easily seen. The primer has lovely adorable specks of gold which actually matches with the name of the product and also impersonate the theme of the primer. This feels like holding luxury in a bottle, it instantly amps up the beauty quotient of your dressing table.
Talk about fairy tales coming true??
Well, they do come true when you use the Guerlain L'Or Radiance Primer and feel no less than those princesses from Disney.
The texture of Guerlain L'Or Radiance Primer:
It’s a gel based primer/makeup base. It’s absolutely transparent and has tiny gold particles present in it. Unlike other fake beauty products which claim to have added 24karat gold flakes in them, which after using get stuck to the face and are stubborn to clean off. The gold flakes in this primer get absorbed and vanish completely after application.
The primer after application gives a cool, tingling sensation and a slight tightening of the skin. I usually apply this before my foundation and it helps in keeping my makeup intact. And as the name suggests this Guerlain L'Or Radiance Primer acts as a lovely base which uplifts the face, adds radiance and a healthy glow which makes my skin luminous and healthy. It helps in hiding fine lines and blurring out my pores. It makes the makeup to glide effortlessly on my face and also increases the wear time of my foundation. Doesn’t make my face oily, messy, it’s super non-greasy.
The Skin feels drenched in the goodness of pure luxury of gold flakes, makes my skin feel supple and hydrated as well. It’s the much-needed nourishment for your face because the thirst gets quenched, and your face feels like it just had a really tall jug of water. Another way of applying this can also be by just adding 2 pumps in your day cream or BB cream and feel the magic begin. You can also mix it in your foundation, a few drops and give your skin instant glow and radiance.
My Skin type: oily and acne prone
However, this wonderful formula didn’t break me out, neither gave any issues in terms of getting caked up or affecting the wear time of the foundation. I instantly felt fresh and confident from within, people with problematic skin or those who have blemishes and scars need to actually rely heavily on their foundation and concealer for hiding imperfections from their face. My face is free from those issues, except the oily problem part which my skin has and makes me go crazy in summers.
The fragrance of Guerlain L'Or Radiance Primer:
It has a distinctive, not too strong fragrance, so sensitive noses needn’t bother. It lingers for a brief amount of time on the face and then fades away.
The fragrance of Guerlain L'Or Pure Radiance Face Primer is a blend of floral and musky notes which makes it really stand out from the other products available in the market.

I really can't find any negative points except for the pricey part, it's super expensive.
