The domain name was most recently owned by the The Giardino Law Firm, Inc of San Antonio and by a domainer in Tennessee before that.

The domain has an original creation date of 2003.

The domain name is another Google acquisition since acquiring abc.xyz for its Corporate parent Alphabet.
