Forest Whitaker is the latest celeb to call it quits on his marriage.
Whitaker filed for divorce from his wife Keisha Nash after 22 years of marriage on Thursday, according to The Blast.
The Black Panther actor cites irreconcilable differences for the break-up and does not want to pay spousal support.
Whitaker and Nash were married in 1996. The couple have two daughters together, Sonnet and True. They each also have a child from previous relationships.
In happier times, the actor credited his wife Keisha with teaching him how to celebrate life.
“My wife, Keisha, came home once, and I had these violinists playing for her, and I’d prepared dinner for her, and I write poems. She’s pretty amazing, so I like to celebrate that, the actor once shared. She’s really taught me how to celebrate life; that’s something I’ve learned.”
