The Doctor could not have any better partner than Crystal M, who made this beautiful Doctor Who TARDIS inspired ball gown for herself.
Spending about 120 hours with 10 meters of fabric, 1500 rhinestones and a whole bunch of other girly stuff, Crystal made it so she could have a dance with The Doctor at the Vancouver Fan Expo.
